ACCEPTANCE
Would people generally accept a new type of transport?
We conducted an online survey with more than 120 people between 12 and 62 years old, where most of the respondents were between 25 and 35 years old, to analyse the basic acceptance of people for new kind of transportation.
We included and questioned factors and guidelines concerning the Hyperloop concept.

... would be interested to get from Munich to Berlin in 30 minutes.
... have no problem at all to not get out of a capsule for 30 minutes.
TIME FRAME
TIME FRAME
For which time period is the concept developed?
Due to the technological, legal and infrastructural hurdles facing a hyperloop concept, we have set the implementation period to the year 2035. All design aspects have therefore been worked out on the basis of possible future events.

Which distance is realistic for our design concept?
For the estimated time frame, international routes were deemed unrealistic. By targeting the longest and likely most frequented route inside Germany, the concept will also work for shorter routes. Longer routes could potentially involve short stops on the way.

What technology is the base for our concept?
While the technology of Hyperloop is still being developed, our concept is based on an early and realistic technological framework. It will may have to be adapted if technological constraints change.
